    A couple of things I'd like to bring up before the next weekend of guard competitions. LeanderMomma..it was awesome to see you again! Westwood got a 1.75 time point deduction. So they would have medalled without it Please tell your friends and family to DOUBLE CHECK THEIR SCHOOLS PERFORMANCE TIMES WITH WHAT IS ON THE WEBSITE. This is very much true for the middle school guard performances. We had so many disappointed parents show up 30-40 minutes late because they listened to their color guard instructors who were flat out wrong. TCGC runs a super tight..on time ship. They are never late. It was a fun event. So glad some of y'all could make it!

    These guys are awesome. My daughter did the color guard clinic in December at CTJ for just the experience. She had a GREAT time and learned a lot!

    Girl I thought you would like that! Now Leander has a fighting chance in football! 13-6A is gonna be interesting. I met with the track coaches last night. Depending what happens with Anderson, there is a genuine concern that Lake Travis may move north into 13-6A. THIS MOM HOPES NOT

    Westwood. And JasonSatooo, I agree. I think that the band is on upward direction. The fact that there looks to be 100 to 110 incoming freshman is a big deal, too.

    Westwood did tell the kids their preliminary plan for next marching season. Kuddos to the kids for keeping it under wraps.

    I think McAllen reported the WRONG numbers. Which, as a native PSJA person, makes perfect sense. McAllen was always about "LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME!"

    Depends on what the complaint is. I hate paying $20 to park at the Alamodome, but that's what the city charges, not MFA. Other thing that was interesting is that McNeil charges parking for BOA Austin, where no one charged us parking at BOA Houston.

    ****Taking off her software development hat and put on band mom/fan hat***** If you can screen capture your phone, do it. I used my flomarching account in San Antonio while I was yelling for Westwood. I started the stream, then turned on screen capture on it. I then just maximized the video from flomarching. I didn't even have the audio on. The screen capture simply grabbed it. This allowed me to copy the video with amazing sound to my phone. I then shared it with my family and friends. A note of caution, screen capture captures EVERYTHING that is going on your screen, including notifications. I should have turned them OFF when screen capturing. So all the text messages from friends and family saying, "Go Wood!" are on the video. *************** You didn't hear that from me

    6A state scheduling may allow for 6A bands to go to grand nats in 2020!
