I’m really hoping for J it’s gonna be light and be more north….my house is like 10 minutes away and it normally is more in Sherman/Denison area even when it’s like this so hopefully it’s just light rain if any 🤞

I'm bored and haven't taken a shot yet but if I had to make 12, at least right now: 1. Cedar Park 2. Rouse 3. Wakeland 4. Lone Star 5. Leander 6. Burleson Centennial 7. Lebanon Trail 8. Aledo 9. Friendswood 10. Midlothian?? 11. Hendrickson????? 12. Lake Belton I feel like, assuming all goes how it should based off past results, 10-12 are my only maybes. I'd be super shocked if Henny wasn't in, but they could be 12 or out. Aledo maybe higher, haven't seen the show but again going off what we have, I'm guessing something like this.....maybe??

I'm realllllllyyyyy curious to see whose gonna take those last 2. My only locks right now are MG Johnson, Reagan, and Cedar Ridge. I feel like next two will be CTJ and DS, but I don't think it's impossible to see Round Rock snag a spot....prob from CTJ imo but they're having a much stronger season and even last year they still placed 3rd after the director changes, but like yeah, 5 is tough....

I'm happy that they are starting to do this, makes it easier for people who can't/don't want to drive far. I'm guessing they might eventually start doing all or all the "bigger ones"

luckily it still looks like most of the rain will be gone by 10 AM-ish. Maybe some will get pushed back from warmups being rained out but I'm praying the weather holds up for all areas this time! Crazy how it could be the 2nd year in a row.....

Yeah, I could lowkey see Marcus stealing brass or WWs with how they sounded…def the best Perc section here but their woods sound fantastic, very interested to see how this shakes out.

It is, but if that were to happen, it would still only be four to state in the band with more judges, putting them ahead of the other would go to state. For example, if Wylie had three judges, putting them in forth and prosper two then Wylie would advance even if they tied.

Okay, so after seeing Duncanville’s run from DMI, I still think they have a small chance at state. I see why they’ve been placing where they have. But they were very clean this weekend. I could be completely wrong, but after watching that performance, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re higher than what we’re thinking.

Okay so ummm no lie this is or is very close to state level quality…HELLO?!? My first actual viewing and yeah they’re def a dark horse for me, they just can’t let the hype get to them in finals if u know what i mean. But ummm yeah if they have a run like that they’re def making finals

I hope I am. It’s just hard with how their season has been, and I hate it. It’s nothing against the students or staff, I really think the show itself isn’t the most competitive or demanding compared to others. And I don’t think it’s even bad, it’s very enjoyable, and I’d love for them to make it, and them getting 14th at Prosper was def a good sign they could do it, wishing them the best going into the weekend
