  1. Date: November 2,2024 Location: Berry Center CFISD - Cypress, TX (Confirmed) The UIL Area contest is less than 7 months away! This year, it's expected to be one of the most competitive areas in Houston. Will there be four state spots after three high schools moved down to 5A? Can Jordan overtake Seven Lakes or secure their first state spot? Will we see a repeat of last year's top 4? This area might be unpredictable! 6A Schools in Area I: Katy ISD - Katy, Mayde Creek, James E. Taylor, Cinco Ranch, Morton Ranch, Seven Lakes, Tompkins, Paetow, Jordan Cy-Fair ISD - Cy-Fair, Jersey Village, Cypress Creek, Langham Creek, Cypress Falls, Cypress Springs, Cypress Ridge, Cypress Woods, Cypress Ranch, Cypress Lakes, Cypress Park, Bridgeland Alief ISD- Alief Taylor, Hastings, Elsik Spring Branch ISD - Memorial, Northbrook, Stratford Houston ISD - Bellaire, Heights, Lamar, Westside Waller ISD - Waller Total: 32 Schools
  2. Let’s make predictions. Are we going to see the same results as last year? Or is there going to be a shock? Can’t wait to hear y’all’s opinions!
  3. Yep, I am doing this again! I really enjoyed doing the last one and I thought it would be easier to make this topic before summer even begins! We will be seeing many new faces in each of the classifications, some moved down, some moved up, and a couple are competing for the first time! Can't wait to see what is in store for each of the classifications, do you think that Tenaha and Hebron will hold on to the State title? Or will someone else take it as their own? Also with 4A, do you think Canton or North Lamar will bring the State Title home? or will a new band finally get the chance to hold the State trophy?
