Saw the video of Lojo vs Melissa and I think Lovejoy a little underrated. Obv not everyone has seen them but they sound fantastic, just need to clean up visually some, would love if they could slip in

I think Lovejoy wins unless Melissa comes back. They’ll both be at McKinney tomorrow so we’ll get a good comparison of the two

I saw this the other day and it’s definitely one of their stronger programs of late, should do pretty well tomorrow I think

I think Dawson could do quite well here. I saw a couple weeks ago a clip and was very impressed. Could shock so people here maybe, very excited to see how they do

I think they did fine considering the director change but they still the strongest band hear imo

So ummmm just saw Centennials run from USBands and ummmm they are not playing around, possibly their best show ever? Still will have to be a really strong run but umm yeah, look out, and they have a great performance time

Actually a pretty strong lineup. Brewer, SGP, Kaufman and Poteet will all be fighting for that top spot, and there's some solid bands to fill out the remaining spots

Here’s my guess: 1. Boswell (music,perc,GE) 2. Richland (visual) 3. TC 4. North Mesquite 5. Little Elm (guard) 6. Birdville 7. Lakeview 8. Legacy 9. North Garland 10. Krum (trust) obv TC or Richland could win but my gut is leaning towards Boswell

Finals start at 7:15 with exhibition and end at 10:30. Two more exhibition slots at 10:45 and 11 if needed

Holy inconsistency in prelims lol. Not everywhere but Lovejoy having a 10, 1 and 3 in music lol. Finals looked a lot better.

Well the post said McKinney was just an additional run though imo, they’d be one of the bands fighting for the last spot or two, this comp is unironically deeper then Mellisa in terms of bands go with finals potential

I saw on the Sound of Fall from that Celina will only be doing prelims even if they make finals

If I remember correctly their head director left after 2018 and it seems to have had a major impact
