I didn't get a chance to see the show, but if the closer was as messy as the recording I saw from a week ago, it doesn't surprise me that they didn't make it. I still consider them a bubble band, especially because one result at an early regional doesnt tell us much. But this is a great sign for them. I was as well until I saw LT, Brandeis and Weiss, they really performed at a high level and I think were scored correctly based on the performances Saturday. I didn't get to see their show...what did they add between the 2 shows? Execution in Finals was better for Glenn, also the Judges do rotate from Prelim's to finals so Different Judges on Music and Visual. The scoring breakout %'s are as follows for this contest and over a 10% jump in both Music and Visual for Glenn in Finals vs. Prelim's.
