Man, DCI is LEGIT this year. Just incredible really. Crossmen was over the top good. And I haven’t even seen Crown, Crusaders or SCV yet tonight! Just wish Bluecoats and BD were here. That’s all that’s missing to make it perfect. Heck even the weather is amazing tonight.
It's a strong year. The middle of Finals is going to be a cluster of wonderfulness!

Do you remember the best crowd reaction you ever received? Listen to the time an away football audience gave it up for my program and how the reaction changed the way I viewed the activity. Thanks for listening!!!

We always love when the out-of-towners communicate/hang out with us! This event is very unique in the activity and it needs to be experienced by as many people as possible.
Besides, we'll look for any excuse to smoke more brisket.- LeanderMomma, CTJBandPops, AvonDad and 1 other

The props and tarps are getting more elaborate each year, but there is a major myth about where that money comes from and how much impact it has on a program’s on-field success. Pull up a tall glass of mulch and let’s talk about how fundraising helps a band program in more ways than expected. Thanks for the love and support!!!

Stefen...the decision Brandeis made not to go to any BOA this year had nothing to do with judging. There is a long term plan. I know that doesn't ease the disappointment for you, but you are laying the groundwork for a new level of success. Good news though... You are going to 2 awesome contests!
Post Of The Year so far!!!

Cannot thank you enough for the ode to seniors that you included at the end of this. I really do owe it to so many excellent people during my 4 year tenure at the Seven Lanes Band; your reminder helped me understand that.
I cannot wait to experience the 2019 marching season through the eyes of an enthusiast in the same ways that many of you all have been. I’m going to follow this activity for a long time, no doubt. Unfortunately some of the activities I wanted to see live won’t work out since I’m in college marching band (which I’m definitely excited about), but that’s what FloMarching is for!
And this should go without saying but thank you for the rest of the podcast as well. So much excellent information packed in them as always.
Definitely a good time to reflect on the experiences, positive and negative, and use those lessons to help you figure out the next phase in Life. Thanks for listening!!

I get my Amazon package and a new Danpod episode a day early? Also, should've had the thanks to the seniors starting a second later.

94? What's the most they will give performance times to?
Super Regionals are considered "Full Enrollment" at 84 bands. However, don't be surprised if all 94 perform. We would just start really early/end really late on Friday.
