Come on FloMarching, fix the glitching! On another note, Centerville HS color guard seems to have been inspired in their theme choice by a north Texas band. It was a fashion show theme. Feels very familiar. Coppell? Keller? One of those I believe!

Excellent point about Vandy. That show last year was most definitely a concert hall performance! Maybe some would say it doesn't belong on a football field, but it was brilliantly played, completely mesmerizing and a wonderful change of pace from what we usually hear performed in a football stadium. Kudos to Haltom if they can bring it like Vandy did. I'll be looking forward to it!

Time for an awesome weekend of winter guard in Indianapolis! Castle, Marion Catholic, Avon, Carmel, the new Bluecoats indoor guard....yes!!!! I'll have to spend the weekend switching between the Olympics and Flo Marching I guess.

The districts down here have also moved Spring Break back one week. I wonder if the rest of the state will follow suit.

I hardly think our shows in Texas are considered boring. I definitely am getting a general sense from you of an overall disdain for a great number of our high school bands. What exactly is it that you are looking for in this forum? Not being snarky, I just honestly want to know.

I’m glad someone else is watching this with me. I thought Leander and Westlake did superb! And I love Westlakes costume. Wow. I’m still fairly new to WGI. I really started watching it last year and now I’m hooked. I don’t really understand all of the different classifications and how that is determined. I also don’t know what they mean by “division.” Is that a location in the state, or another CG classification of some sort?

Am I wrong or did Leander have the highest prelim score of the entire day?!

I'm sure they will be phenomenal as always, but Leander just blew me away! Okay, I know I'm a tad biased.
