Do they not hold the entrances to the upper deck when a band is playing? If they don’t, that’s really odd; they did that when DCI was held there. People just wander during performances. katyisd schools are hosting, I know for sure they took volunteers from tompkins, but I don't know who else. I don't believe they got enough, that could be it.
