I 100% agree! Textures and Tones was easily the best GE show of the year! That show is easily my favorite Flower Mound show! Now I may be biased because last year was my first time I went to San Antonio! Can't wait to fly back down again this year!

For me it is Flower Mound 2018, one of the most beautiful productions ever designed

I don't know why, but I'm getting a strong feeling this will be the year we finally see Timber Creek in finals at either BOA San Antonio or State.  Without actually seeing any of it, it seems that we may have a music design that is a step ahead of previous years.

Music slections were spot on, if the opener is "The Grid - Daft Punk" I will love this show a lot

FACEme 2? This show feels very unpromising compared to last years magic on the surface.

I have seen them perform already and let me tell you I personally see this placing over Hebron and Vandegrift. So clean visually in Early September

Flower Mound is doing the same thing as last year, where they just use one competitive wind ensemble piece for their show, and the piece this year is Boreas by Hirokazu Fukushima. Also, they talk about the show in this video:

I made it out to their preview last week. They broke down the piece in sections and talked about each section in a lot of detail. It was hard to sit through, though appreciate the detail and thought of everything that went into the design of the show. It feels very, very similar to Flomo 2017 ‘Fractured Moments’ as well as last years’ show — uniforms are about the same but with Picasso squiggles instead of lines, and the inside of their jackets are Picasso faces which they reveal in the show. Drill, design and choreo are very much Flomo style. I don’t know, it felt like a lot of the same.
