As a Dville alumni, it’s nice to see them in a different setting from the usual bloodbath that is Area B but weirdly enough, I’m gonna miss it a little bit. When I saw the change, I nearly fainted because I thought they’d be going against the LISD trio before realizing they had also been moved into a new area 😂

Just noticed Forney jumped to 6A that’s exciting (unless they were already 6A)

Dang this is rough. I don’t want to make it seem like the LISD trio is completely untouchable but having only 3 or 4 state spots is going to be an uphill battle for a lot of programs.

I can agree with this. I do think Dville has the potential to play more difficult music and they’re still new to marching and moving I guess in a more “modern” way so getting fruit in this regard will still take some time. With that said, I still feel that what they did put out was a very fun and well performed run. Finals worthy? Probably not but 22nd just feels harsh.

I think they’re waiting for the areas to wrap up before they release anything official. I could be wrong tho.
