WAY TO GO JAMES BOWIE!!! If that was their final run, they should be super proud of that performance, because that was AMAZING!!! Feel bad for the Flute soloist, but you could still here them, and then such a powerful opening hit!!! Soloist were great throughout the whole show, guard did amazing, and really mature sounds coming from their brass. Last time I saw this show was Austin prelims and they have grown so much, thank you for that incredible performance James Bowie!

Wow Bowie! That read like Blue Springs pt. 2 with the similar voiceover! They are musically wayyyyy up there for sure. That brass feature early on in the show was so impressive. I’m hoping they get another run ay this show, but with so many top-notch visual programs here, it may be difficult for them to punch their ticket to finals. Musically, I feel that they are in. We’ll see!

YES DRIPPING SRPINGS!!! I think we have our first new Texas finalist band!!! That music performance was STELLER!!! HOLY COW BRASS! Visual program was so good, and they marched so well, very clean. Soloist were SO GOOD! Tons of GE, I mean wow, that was a powerful performance! I think we will be seeing them again tonight, amazing job Dripping Springs!

Blue Springs is going to be way up at the top of the finals. Really solid program from start to finish. Amazing job.

That was a spectacular run from Dripping Springs! They've performed exceptionally well this whole season, and it's awesome thing to witness.

Drippings Springs… holy crap! They’ll be etching their name this evening on the long list of TX bands making Nats Finals on first attempt. That was so cool! What an interesting concept to use their props to visually convey the musical form of a fugue. That’s one of my favorites of the year for sure.

Yes it is their first, and I think we will be seeing them again tonight, that was phenomenal!

Every 10 years since 1993 a band from Texas has won Grand Nats. I hope the pattern continues this year, with Hebron getting the Eagle. That performance was SENSATIONAL!!! They want their 3rd time to be the charm, and I think they are well on their way. Absolutely incredible!

But in all seriousness, I don't see this not winning. Definitely taking music and most likely GE, haven't seen Avon/Carmel/TW's yet but if they don't take home the eagle tomorrow, I will be shocked. Individual musicianship is out of this world, amazing performance Hebron, bring it home tonight!

I have never seen people stand up that ferociously for a BOA event before- BRAVO HEBRON! No one is touching them musically. I was a little bit worried about some GE aspects until I was thrown into sensory overload in the last movement- and I loved it! I’m desperate for the Hawks fly back to TX with the eagle.

YES!!! So many individual moments that are exposed, and they did SO WELL!!! Rifle's were on point today, and the flag work was so beautiful, they add so much to this already large monster of a show!

Just curious how you assess a win for them without seeing at least three other serious contenders.
