I'm assuming it would be. The battery is pretty much standing in the same spot for the entire show, which I think would not fly for a competition production unless you are talking about Tarpon 2010. The vocabulary for both the brass and woodwinds is also really basic for a band of DB's caliber. They also went through the entire set list in about 4 minutes. My guess is this is just a way to involve the alternates in some sort of marching production.

Most shows add/change a lot through the season but generally want to keep the show mostly secret until the first competition

First contest is usually the main thing. They want to try to maximize the impact to that crowd and the judges.

Lumberton likes to not allow any videos of the show until after Region. Not completely sure why, but I always like to think it is because by Region, the show that is presented is like 80% of the final product so if a band does try to copy anything, it's not too significant. Also, I feel like if I were the band director and wanted videos of my shows out there on the web, I would want the full clean and crisp product rather than a half-undone and dirty product. But that is just me, what do I know lol

Tbh, I can appreciate the final product of a show even more if I can see how much it has changed and grown throughout the season.
