They've fallen off a bit, but they seem to be getting stronger, winning 3 USBands competitions last season alone. I wouldn't be surprised to see them at state, but they're also in a tough area.

They lost their director after that year if I recall and never fully recovered. They still make area finals but haven't made state since 2013.

Maybe now, but it definitely was public earlier because I found the dates myself.

I loved their show last year! I only got to see it once somebody posted it in January and they are definitely improving at a very quick pace. My favorite part was their closer, their percussion never fails to impress, even on the football field!

The spreadsheet is now up to date with all info given by you guys and others! Along with updates about contests and attendees, I have added a few more formatting things to help it stay more organized. 1) I have started putting in all contests (that I am aware of) into the document, even those without any confirmed attendees. 2) To help keep it more organized and easy to follow, I have started seperating the contests by circuit. BOA first, then Independent, and finally USBands (now that they have released their schedule). I don't think it's in our plans to make it far, we're mainly excited for the traveling experience and the fact that we won our conference (something we haven't done since the late 60s), let alone on our second year eligible for the Division 1 conference tournament.

Not too knowledgeable on basketball, but against pretty much everyone's predictions, my school (Abilene Christian University) has been crowned conference champions and will advancing to the NCAA tournament! I'm also lucky enough to be picked as part of the basketball band to travel with them and am super excited for this upcoming week.

I think they'll be a state finalist. Their director change looked sketchy at first with their results at BOA Houston, but they appeared to have mostly recovered by San Antonio.

I remember to this day having you guys solidly within area finals after I finished watching the entirety of prelims, I too thought you guys should have made it.

Also worth noting, I'm only including names that have been 100% confirmed either by public calendar or by other reliable sources. So your super secret calendar people like Flower Mound and Marcus don't have any contests on this sheet even though they are almost 100% going to competitions like BOA San Antonio. As I was a member of the band that year, I don't think that ever happened unless my memory is just that hazy. It was nearly 4 years ago at this point so maybe I did forget.

Interested to see how Westwood will place here considering how close they always are to finals at Austin, I'll really be rooting for them at this one!

I do not understand when region is gonna be for Region 26! Some bands have it on the 22nd and some on the 19th. It does make me a little sad that Westwood won't be traveling out of state this year, but I am excited to see how they'll do at the Katy regional since they've never gone to that one before.

Berkner Mansfield (also has Carrollton ToC on their calendar) Owasso Prosper Timber Creek Wakeland Waxahachie Then add in your more than likely regulars like FloMo, Hebron, Keller, L.D. Bell, James Martin, etc. Hopefully Marcus too.

Round Rock, Hendrickson, John Horn, and North Mesquite all have Waco on their public calendars.

Was looking at band calendars and I noticed a very interesting attendee who's never done BOA before, John Horn! They are also doing BOA Austin and Waco beforehand, so I'm excited to see how they do. I was a huge fan of their show this past fall and think they 100% deserved qualifying for state.

Westwood has a solid chance of attending. Can't remember if I posted it here or somewhere else, but that's based off of recent patterns and the schedule this fall.
