You make it insanely difficult to root for an LISD sweep. What a show!! What a sound. Super mature body movements throughout the piece. The guard double flags through the sax solo is my favorite guard moment of the day. The half time vs regualr time marching was excellent in the ballad. What a closer! 

Congratulations Wakeland!! Thank you for kicking this show in the teeth.

Wakeland, that guard visual and the sax soloist during the ballad is heart-stopping!  What a nice drill design this is! Just eye candy all the way through! Bravo!

Soooo proud of Wakeland!  And I absolutely LOVED that soprano sax soloist.  My jaw actually dropped when he finished.

While it's exhilarating to see these great shows, it's also sad to think there will be a heartbroken set of kids who don't medal. I hope they're able to look back and put it in perspective as one of a set of really great performances where there are no ties.

I was really rooting for Rouse but after Cedar Park’s performance I really think it’s theirs to lose. It certainly felt like both of their best runs though! Kudos to all bands who performed

This is their 5th in a row. Vandegrift won in 2013.

wow, congrats to cedar park. I feel like everyone expected Rouse to win after their amazing start. Someone called Cedar Park a dark horse to win (despite them being the defending champs). Way to push through.

Cedar Park was never a dark horse. There is no band that turns it on in the state finals like Cedar Park, not in Texas, in the USA.
