Loving that sax solo work in the James Byrnes show! Lots of bands playing Chandelier by Sia this year and I LOVE it. This guy did a particularly beautiful job.

That's so awesome. It's so great to see band kids shown the love in high school. Leander crowned a band boy and girl who are actually dating each other Homecoming King and Queen this year. Good stuff!!

You know, I WAS alarmed last year. And those around me were alarmed as well, until we figured out it was fireworks and not gunshots! And it really affected Vandergrift's performance and threw them off their game a bit. I felt bad for them. I wish they would announce something throughout the day at BOA, especially to the performers, and let folks know to be expecting it.

Duncanville was your high school, right? Or did I dream that... Anyway, that's really cool that you're still involved.
