Lewisville: AWESOME JOB!!! Great moments throughout! Lewisville is showing emotion and I'm LOVING it!!! Hope to see then in Finals!!!

Plano Senior: AWESOME!!! They put on such an amazing performance! Hoping to see them in finals!!!

Before I Forget, Braswell: HOLY!!!!! Braswell put on a spectacular performance! Great hits throughout and techniques were certainly on point today! Definitely a contender for the top 6! Overall, AMAZING PERFORMANCE by the Braswell HS Band!

Great job to Allen and Guyer HS band!!!Band!!!! Allen: WOW!!!! There was so much to take in, and for how big their band is, I give them credit for being able to have amazing Musical Techniques!!! I really liked the sets they had as well!!! Overall, GREAT PERFORMANCE from the Allen HS Band!!! Guyer: BEAUTIFUL!! Their show was amazing and used Selections from The Greatest Showman! The emotion they had made the show even better! AMAZING PERFORMANCE from the Guyer HS Band!!!

Alright, Garland and McKinney both put on good performances!!! Garland: Amazing job on musical tone and techniques!!! Really liked the first movement around the lighthouse! Overall, a Great Performance by the Garland HS Band!!! McKinney: I really like their show!!! The use of My Chemical Romance and The Rolling Stones makes their show a good one!!! Unfortunately, they had a malfunction towards the end, but they still pulled through!!! Overall, AMAZING PERFORMANCE by the McKinney HS Band!!!

Lakeview Centennial: VERY NICE PERFORMANCE! I didn't know what to expect from them and they surprised me!!! Really great sound and balance throughout and great marching techniques! Enjoyed the ending very much! Overall, AMAZING PERFORMANCE from the Lakeview Centennial HS Band!!!

Rockwall: AMAZING PERFORMANCE! Rockwall gave it their all in their preliminary run! They did amazing on their first hit, and have had amazing balance throughout! The beauty of this show its being shown through the music and sets! Movement 4 is still as AWESOME as when I first saw them!! Overall, AMAZING PERFORMANCE from the Rockwall HS Band!!!

Wow, that would have sucked if they took any longer...

Tyler Legacy: HELLO Percussion, nice way to start the show!!! Really good techniques from Tyler Legacy! Really enjoying the music! Good marching techniques! There was an issue during the solo, but overall, good job to the band! Also the final movements in movement 3 is GREAT!!! Amazing job on the ending!!! Overall, Great performance from the Tyler Legacy HS Band!!! The main issue for them was because of a tarp being moved from the wind, they were having to fix it. I give cuddos to the guard members that were fixing it and were able to get back in time with the rest of the guard!

Sachse- AMAZING FIRST HIT!!!! Really love the second movement, especially the music! The techniques are really good! Really liked the final hit in movement 2 :). Also I think it's really cool to have the drum major in the middle of the brass as they play, makes it really unique! Movement 3 is really beautiful! Also great job to the whole band for playing loud and with Good Techniques! Amazing job to the band in movement 4, playing loud and proud! AMAZING FINAL HIT!!!! Overall, AMAZING PERFORMANCE by the Sachse HS Band!!! Also just realized, they had a harp 😆

Byron Nelson- I really enjoyed their performance!!! Amazing force and awesome balance throughout! Overall, Awesome performance by the Byron Nelson HS band!!!

Plano East Senior: Letter B- Interesting to see that they took out the preshow. Great hits in the beginning! Still love the use of Flight of the Bumble Bee! Great techniques and set formations! Also amazing job to the percussionists! I think the soundboard was having issues, which why I don't hear anything. Movement 3 sounds really good today! Looks like there may have been an issue with one of the sets. I really like the brass moment in movement 3! YES TO THE STRAIGHT LINE WALKING TO THE FRONT OF THE FIELD! AMAZING PERFORMANCE from the Plano East Senior HS Band!!

North Garland: Alright, so it seemed that Percussion dragged a bit. GREAT FIRST hit from the rest of the band though!!! Did see some set issues during movement 2 though. The balance for the band is really good! They have great instrumental techniques! I really like the props that they are using! Marching techniques seem to be struggling some here. But they are still putting on a great show! Good final hits at the end of movement 4! Overall, nice performance from North Garland HS Band!

North Forney- Modern Matador! I like the concept of the show! Haven't seen a show like this before, so it's really cool to get to experience it!!! Good balance in the woodwinds during their movement! Brass had good balance, but there seems to be a trombone that stood out. Good hit at the end of movement 2! I like the clarinet solo! Good technique! Good job to the band during the follow the leader! Alright, didn't expect to hear the tango piece during their show! Really like the duet from the flute and French horn players! Wish they would play a bit louder though. Really like the beat given by the keyboard and soundboard! Movement 4 is really nice! Great job in the ending to the band!!! Overall, great performance from the North Forney HS Band!!!

John Horn- I really like the uniforms! The beginning to this show was really cool! The idea of this show was a really unique one! Balance is good, but the techniques need to be worked on. This band is really good at using balance over force, which is really good for their music! Really liked Movement 4! Overall, nice performance from John Horn!

Flower Mound: The Adventures of Super Band- First I have to say, AWESOME Uniforms! Just in movement 1 and 2, I can see why this band is SO GOOD! The bassoon solos are amazing!!! Movement 2 is really nice, different from other groups so far. The way that the props are used to help further the story is great! Snare moment was good! The balance of the band is so AWESOME! The techniques that this band is using on a whole new level of AMAZING!!! The hit in movement 3 is AWESOME! The Sets are so Good!!! AMAZING PERFORMANCE from the Flower Mound Band!!! And another band to recieve a standing ovation!

Rock Hill: Mad- Nice start to their show! And HELLO Rock Hill! Great sets and musical techniques to end movement 1! Interesting way to end movement 2. WOW!!! Movement 2 is AMAZING! AND LETS GO! ANOTHER TUBA SOLO! Movement 2 was AWESOME! Alright that is awesome to see a Bassoon solo! And a Guitar in the tea pot is just awesome! Movement 3 is on a whole other level! Awesome job to Percussion during their moment! Alright, how about a dance break! AMAZING ENDING TO THEIR SHOW!!!! Overall, AMAZING PERFORMANCE from Rock Hill!!! I am saying this right now, ROCKHILL FOR STATE!!!

Wylie: Canyons- Alright, the announcer made the first hit not sound right... Great techniques to start their show though! Great end to movement 1! Great moments for woodwinds and brass! Movement 2 was awesome! Nice job on the flute solo! Movement 3 has such beautiful music! And AWESOME JOB on the hit! The emotion can be felt through the music! Movement 4 had a great start with amazing force! The balance from the Band is so good! Percussion moment was very good! The final moments and hits of this show was awesome! AMAZING PERFORMANCE from the Wylie HS Band!!!! Also, another band to receive a standing ovation!
