Anyone know how many state spots will probably be here?

Oh don't worry, I've only been looking at competition for 9th and 10th place. I think Westwood is set and locked for finals.

The real issue I'm having with predicting these last 2 spots, is that most of my candidates haven't competed against each other recently. It'd be a bit easier if Waco hadn't been cancelled or if results went out, but it is what it is. My top few contenders for 9th and 10th are McNeil, New Braunfels, Anderson, and I could definitely see a slip in from Canyon who beat New Braunfels at Rough Rider. McNeil has been on the rise lately with their rather successful 2017 season. New Braunfels did get 18th at BOA Austin but that was also early season, time will tell if they have made a leap from there. I'm not sure if Anderson can keep their (technically) finalist spot from 2016, they have been seeing a downwards trend in results lately, but have been improving. I think that Hays and MacArthur may also have a shot seeing how well they did at TMC, MacArthur beat Anderson at Cap City as well. There is one factor I see interfering with all of this, weather. All of the Seattle hovering above us has been moving rehearsals indoors instead of outside, which means drill can't be cleaned.

I agree with you, the only real contention I can see is for the last couple of state spots and those bottom 2 finalists spots.

I saw a clip of them. Very American, very jazzy.

Now only if we had a full list of scores, or at least placements.

Really? That's quite interesting to see that they beat a certain other band.

We should just ask all 9 bands for their scores and use those and see how messed up everyone's points would be.

Anderson is 3-3. Probably going to lose the last 4 against Austin, Lehman, and ESPECIALLY Westlake and Lake Travis. Since we won 2 district games we're going to playoffs to probably get destroyed by Cedar Ridge (I think)

Nope! There is definitely not a video of the multicam where you can hear the plastic bag around the mic moving around and then when it hit the ground.

Wow! I completely forgot to mention that the Flo giant mic stand nearly fell on my board during our ballad! Apparently it hit our tech's foot which stopped it from hitting me. It was terrifying though.

After we got back from Waco, a few of us went to watch TMC, we only saw Reagan and CP because we watched CP in the lot. We decided not to go to finals because that would mean we would have to wait around for nearly 2 hours for Cedar Ridge.

Really sad it got cancelled, I couldn’t get any Bush’s and a Dr Pepper (Why? Because Waco) to have with the Dans. A few others and I went to watch Reagan and Cedar Park at TMC though. Still didn’t get Bush’s sadly.
