...Huh? what new layout?

We've done the mute stacking thing before... it was pretty funny. Another time the trumpets were passing a balloon around and it popped during this really soft lyrical section in the song. Our director was pretty mad. Another time the trombone section was playing the **** game, which is when you say **** louder and louder. Fortunately the band director never heard them... although I can only imagine what would have happened... I heard that one time during Honors band, this kids mouthpiece got stolen right before he had this big solo, and he didn't realize it until it was time to play.

First day of band camp (Fundamentals day ) July 29th.

I was speaking of the recovery of the Cadets... obviously, we did not bounce back and get first Hopefully no one has this sort of catastrophe at DCI Finals. J/w, what corps has something like this happened to at a major event?

Vaguely reminescent of the incident at BOA SA for CP. Glad they recovered sucessfully and still got first though!

I took one final this semester. English. I exempted all the others except bio and band, both of which dont have finals this semester ( we had a semster long bio project). I love my school.

Also, random distribution of natural talent. For instance, some neighborhoods may somehow get more musically inclined families with more kids that just can play their horns. That may also be a reflection of middle school programs, but all I know is that about five people in 2nd band actually practice and we keep on getting compliments ?
