What’s Boswell, North Lamar, and Allen like?

I know Rockwall Heath has done well here past few years but isn’t this year. They need to rename this the Bucces Marching Contest

North Garland Solid run at Mesquite. That said. Give me: 1 Ducanville 2 Lebanon Trail 3 Lake Ridge 4 Birdville (though unclear they marching) 5 Sachse 6 North Garland 7 Lovejoy 8 N Forest 9 Reedy

HP had a strong showing at Mesquite. I “think” they are at Mckinney next weekend. That will be a good litmus test.

Kaufman was pretty legit.

Anything that makes Area C that much stronger and exciting!

My final “locks” sure to go wrong are…. no order Top 5 Duncanville Berkner Waxahachi Rockwall Forney Then….. Bottom 5 Finals Sachse Garland North Garland Rockwall Heath Lake Highlands But theres another 4-5 that I can see bumping any of those 6-10s Will be an exciting day

Saw they were super close. Was it 4-5 or 5-6? Either way great showings at a stacked competition. Was Berkner or Ducanville anywhere this weekend?

Did see that! That’s awesome. Think some may underestimate C this year with the Hebron and Flower Mounds moving out but think it will still be strong and unpredictable finals!

If you did of Hebron, the magical crane arm would extend out of the mesquite tower (iykyk), dropping a magical claw down into the crowd and swiping you away into the abyss 😂 Did not video any of the 3 but Hebron was Hebron…hot opinion here but think they can and will get a lot better. Definitely a first competition run of season for them. Rockwall is getting better with every march. They will make noise in Area C. Watch for them to do well at Mckinney next week Have seen RHHS a few times this year and last night was their best run Ive seen. Attending their first BOA event next week in Waco! Would take Herculean march to advance to finals but will be a great experience for them!

I like Moe and Gene as a top half run in finals!

Rockwall had a strong march at Mesquite. Colorguard score not far off Hebron and one music judge even had them ahead of them! Rockwall will go to Mckinney next weekend with a great shot at competing for the top spot. If this happens, they will be coming into BOA Prosper with a lot of confidence! They may not be a front runner to place top 3 here but making finals would be such a confidence boost for a pretty young band going into Area C

How Did Area C 6A’s do at contest this weekend? Rockwall 2nd at Mesquite (2nd in 6A) Heath 4th at Mesquite (3rd in 6A)

Was excited to hear they received a 1 at Mesquite. Those kids work hard! Hope they find success at 5A

Didn’t realize Princeton was 6A now, that’s surprising. I’m leaning Martin, West Mesquite, Lakeview, North Forney, Rowlett

Rockwall guard was really close to getting caption over Hebron at Mesquite (think 2.5 points maybe). I know they were excited. Channel that momentum this week I wonder if they could make a run at guard caption.

5A/6A Top 6 Piecing things together then 1) Hebron 2) Rockwall 3) Highland Park 4) Rockwall Heath 5) Tyler Legacy 6) Frisco Centennial Excited to see where Rockwall and Heath take their programs. Next weekend is going to be LONG for Rockwall. Friday away game AT Longview, get home late and early call time to McKinney for contest where they should make finals. I have to miss prelims so hoping for an amazing performance at McKinney Finals and see what happens

I was there for announcement of 1-3, 4 I heard from a middle school director. 6th someone posted so they probably heard from their director.
