Got on early for Tarpon and was able to catch Cleveland hs from North Carolina and my god, that show was incredible!!! Just a talented group all around!!! Also, I wanted to state how much I love the community at events like wgi!!! Everyone from the parents to all the other guards are just beyond supportive of all the other groups there, and it makes me so happy for the kids! Time for Tarpon!!!!

Dang, Argyle going is going to shake things up. Just based on who going now, I’d have them in 3rd behind Wylie and Highland park, but they for sure could take class 5A, as they did barley beat HP and boa San Antonio, but this if of course a UIL judged comp, but they also do really good at UIL stuff, so who knows!

Very excited to watch Tarpon this weekend! I’ll only be able to catch them unfortunately, but I can’t wait! Hoping I can watch Avon and Carmel as well!

IK Right!!! I mean, I was a little surprised, but both SLC and Friendswood were 100 and 10 percent worthy of those 90s. It also seemed that Coppell(who I thought would place at least top 3 in their class), was really hurt by one judge who had them in 7th.

Wow, they really are starting to make this a regular for their season. It seems they will be winning and sweeping this comp for many years to come unless of course they stop going, but I doubt that will happen anytime soon. But hey, hopefully this starts bring other bigger schools, like last year with KC going!

Coppell: OMG!!! I am just so in love with this show, and OH BOY did they execute that well! I would be so surprised if that doesn't 80. I mean wow wow wow!!! I need to see that again! Those girls just absolutely killed it!

TC, SLC and Friendswood were all so incredibly good! These guards are just so good!!! I definitely could see some shifting in the top 4, but I mean wow, just so good all around!

Wow Clear Brook, just wow! Such a powerful show, and they were so clean!!! I’d be very surprised if there score doesn’t good up a decent amount, bc that was outstanding!

KC and BC were both outstanding!!! Amazing performances from both! Loved both these shows a lot!

Absolutely Loved Pepple Hills! Pretty clean, and their male soloist was just on fire the entire show! Great job yall!

Hebron and The Colony were both great! Colony definitely had a rough run, but still good. The audio cut out for most of Hebron, but from what I could tell, they did great! Love the theming and visual aspects for both these shows

Jenks HS Varsity: I am SO in love with this show!!! The beginning is so fun to watch, and the way the use In the Mood feels like I'm listening to it if it was in like in action trailer or something, but they did great! I counted 0 drops, which makes me feel like they may score a little higher, but it wasn't super difficult overall. Had it's moments though, loved that so much!

Had some unexpected plans pop up today, but I definitely WILL be watching finals tomorrow! Can't wait, and good luck to all the groups here and at San Antonio tomorrow!

Well, this will make things interesting for sure! If Wylie is as strong as they were last year, they will have no issue winning this. However, even last year was rough for H.P., if they pull something out that's a little more competitive and less "kiddy", they may have a chance. Plus we still don't probably have the full lineup yet.

Living in the dfw my whole life, I've always heard such incredible things about the LISD night, and I've wanted to go so bad. Luckly, I'm only about an hour and a half away from Gupton stadium now that I'm going to college here in Waco, and considering that I won't be able to go to either Austin or Bedford due to having to do marching band for football games this coming up season (Thanks for scheduling 8 home games this year NCAA committee), I will most likely make the drive down this year. Vista is the only one I've gotten to see live from a great angle at GN's finals in 21, but I need to see everyone else!

Also, plan on watching most if not all of Dallas this weekend, so I’ll post on the groups when I can! Gonna be an exciting one, and good luck to everyone performing!

Finally got some free time this afternoon to catch up on some of the worlds groups, and my god, that Tarpon Show is so freaking impressive! I was amazed and entertained ever since second! Avon,Carmel and Woodlands are also incredible, but if worlds was this weekend, I’d for sure have tarpon winning. Of course I’m personally rooting for woodlands, but I mean wow, tarpon is already so clean! It’s just so unbelievable to me how talented some of these guards are! So happy I finally started learning and watching wgi, and I’m so excited for Dayton!

Yeah, you’re actually complete right lol, didn’t think about it like that. Even this past dfw had that, with the difference between first and 5th about 5 points, but yeah, definitely won’t be happening here. Gonna be an very exciting comp for sure!

Those down at the Bedford regional may have something to say about that. I would personally agree with you on this, but I would say the dfw regional is also extremely high in quality, especially these past or so years.

Ah okay makes sense. Yeah me to, there or Children’s Health stadium in prosper. Both were way better than the Little Elm one, both for the bands and spectators
