Pretty sure a few weeks ago that Pearland was confirmed to NOT be going. Then again, I'm old. My brain can't always be trusted.

I am a numbers person at heart, so I totally get the need to try to compare scores, but I don't think you can AT ALL. I think it's useless.

The 2nd post gets at my response to the first. When my kids started at Vista Ridge, they went to MANY contests where they did not make finals. And it was particularly difficult watching their sister schools having so much success at the same time. Vista Ridge is absolutely proof that it can change.

I'm proud of Vista Ridge for finishing ahead of two of the three bands who beat them at BOA Austin.

You must do penance and root for Vista at State. And buy me some barbecue.
