Ok, so here's the deal... since this got submitted without the correct list and people have already started to predict any time a Region 18 school is entered, either a blank OR a "Other Region 18" selection will count for a point. If you look at the prediction list analysis, "Other Region 18 School" is currently in the lead, which means it would be the most advantageous to do it this way. Sound fair?
