I don't see results yet.  However, the Dripping Springs website has a concessions menu up with an option to "Tiger-ize" any menu item with chili and nacho cheese.  I should have gone up there just for that!

Vista Ridge was 3rd in their class and won cymbals.

James Bowie was 6th in their class and won bass line.

Round Rock no longer attends drumline competitions either. My son did percussion when he was at RR. During that time RR won 3 Dripping Springs contest and 3 Lonestar (held at Marcus HS). RR still has the same percussion director. It would be nice to see them go back.

I was just looking at old pictures and it doesn’t look like Leander ever attended this one. Round Rock did in 13 and 14 it looks like. I bet these are fun to watch. I see they occasionally include soloists that aren’t percussion players. Interesting!

As someone who doesn't get to see those kinds of high school lines but once or twice a year.......holy crap.  High school kids playing at that level is pretty incredible.

I would've recorded all of the scores, but I was in the retreat. We had a spicy salute, but I messed up both times though.

Leander only attends Lone Star. They did attend in ‘16, but that’s because they couldn’t attend Lone Star because of GN.

Churchill had some crazy good visuals. I was sitting with Rouse and we were all going crazy. Still not as crazy as MacArthur, nobody knew why they were Advanced Large and not Advanced Small, but their pit setup was cool.
