Dark Mode

Is there a dark mode for this website? Would it be something easy to implement? I (and hopefully others) would greatly appreciate it!

The next version of the forum software we use is supposed to have a dark mode included, so this will definitely be coming!

Dark mode is now available. You have to manually toggle it on. Scroll to the very bottom of any page on the forums, and use the "Theme" menu

I'm so glad to hear the positive feedback on it! If anyone notices weird colors or text that's hard to read, please add on here and I'll get it fixed.

Yeah, this dark mode is really cool! Though I have noticed lately, I do have somewhat of an issue seeing the topic threads that have a new comment or two. I think in light mode, the bold indicator for a newly commented thread works well. I don't think it works best while in dark mode.

If it weren't for the text bubble on the sides of the topic thread, then my eyes wouldn't have noticed the two threads that people have commented in.

Yes! Those message bubbles are the only thing helping me with this dark mode lol

There you go - changed the contrast a bit and made the bold text a bit bolder
