Just got the list of bands at PESH Marching invitational and it will be rough There are a total of 38 bands in attendance. The bands to watch are Argyle, Whitesboro, and Robinson in 3A. 4A is loaded with Denison, McKinney Boyd, McKinney, Denton Guyer, Rockwall Heath, Sherman, Birdville and of course Poteet. 5A Plano, Rowlett, Allen, Wylie, Keller, Flower Mound, so pretty competitve, but the 4A is the one to watch as this sets up for the area competition 2 weeks later

Is Bell showing their whole show?

problem with this contest is you have the big schools and the little schools there is no in between. Argyle is the top of the 3A and under

You know Canton and Wills Point gets to square off again next week in the Little Elm contest, and that one is prelim-finals, so best 2 out of 3 wins

Berkner will be strong since troyka is there now, so they might move to a more BOA style

You know it's kind of funny b/c supposedly west has the smartest kids and they degrade moving east, but in band it's the opposite. Probably b/c so many people do orchestra instead

Princeton is a good band, and their music seems to be all written by their directors. So is Bell and Trinity performing in exhibition
