I’ve heard that Allen isn’t as big as previous years because they are wanting to be more competitive. Is this true?

From halftime at the game: - Both Wylie & Hebron were in their warm weather attire; no props; each performed about 4 minutes of their respective shows. - Wylie’s theme: Eye of the Beholder. Looks like they have a great start & should be as competitive in Area C as last year. They have some really good soloists, a talented guard, and a promising show design. - Hebron’s theme: Monomyth, a hero’s journey. They are already sounding so clean while playing tough music & moving a LOT. Expect a phenomenal show out of them this year.

I got to see the Wylie High & Wylie East guards perform during their WGI send off showcase a couple of nights ago and both looked AMAZING! Wylie High was especially clean. Their Junior High feeder guard is building nicely too. Wishing everyone the best in Dayton!!
