I've heard the same, I was told there was a small tear in their last act but watching it on Box5 I didn't hear it. Visually they weren't super clean, but musically I thought they sounded really really great (besides the occasional slight brass edge)

Some bands don’t make finals but are still

amazing. Being here almost all day, these finalist were amazing

I got 11/12 finalist and most class placements right  

now finals, no clue, especially bottom half, top should be kinda easier? But after having Wylie in 8th snd then they got 3rd….but hopefully I can at least get half knowing how prelims went

im really happy they made finals, really want them to finally go back to state and I’m feeling this is their year, especially after seeing Birdville results

Wow, Forney came out starting finals with a bang!!! Again that opener is just so loud and the gliss leading into it is perfect. Brass and WW features were pretty tight, mello line has insane presence. Visually much stronger than this afternoon, and when they have that performer do the backflips right into the hit gave me chills, outstanding job Forney

Lebanon Trail….feel like they were better this evening but still not the energy they had last week in McKinney.

LT brining the heat for their first boa finals performance!!! They are just so clean for this time of the season, could honestly finish top half or close at state. Visually so strong, those feet are up and u see it. Soloists sound so professional, Drumline is the best it’s probably ever been and they just sound so clean. I love this show a lot and they are gonna kill it in UIL, great job Lebanon Trail!

McKinney, so clean and smooth in marching. Dynamic sounds. The toilet paper ribbon is odd to me. Hahahaha

The trombone solo. Amazing. The brass in general really stood out to me. 🔥

McKinney-3 words: wall of sound 

Brass is just so so loud. It’s very clean for the most part, sometimes gets a little inconsistent from a couple members losing tone but yeah they are insane. Mellos, we hear you. Percussion, we also hear you. Guard is amazing.‘visually awesome, happy the recovered the girls hat that got caught in the white ribbon which is think is awesome. They will be at state soon, amazing job RPB

Way to through down Rockwall!! that ballad solo is tough af!!! Great presence in sound, and visually so so tight like wow. Drill is just so clean, they are really digging into the nitty gritty. Literally again my only critique is they need to work more on not losing quality of tone and precision when moving bc it’s quite noticeable against when they stand still and play. But regardless and fantastic performance, would be a crowd favorite at San Antonio if they make it, fantastic job Rockwall!!

Ok, always hard to comment on own band. So….what I will say….

Fans sitting next to from another band (i won’t say which” but were openly talking about why Rockwall made finals over SLC. 
 

After, they said “ohhh, that’s why”

Amazing showing Braswell!! They have come such a long way since Covid and before, and it’s great to see them shining!! Love their use of caves, ballad is so powerful, soloists and small ensembles strong all around. Visually some great moments as well. It’s definitely a different style from last year but they are still so strong, amazing job Braswell
