No they said before they announced results, “in random order”. Not in top 6 bottom 6. Finals performance time will be bottom 6 top 6.

Congratulations to McKinney, Rockwall and Burleson Centennial! Really surprised about SLC, but sometimes that’s how the cookie crumbles. Congratulations to all finalists bands! Cant wait to see all of you on Box5!

WYLIE!!! I’m sorry for doubting lol. Ik they’d make finals but umm yeah. 11/12 on finalist, congrats to Rockwall on making it back-to-back!! No SLC is surprising to say the least….it wasn’t a bad run, well, imo apparently, would love any explanation if possible. Tonight is gonna be an amazing, congrats to everyone!

Either the judges just didn't like SLC - I didn't see their show - or scores are super tight.

I'm thinking the same thing may have happened to Heath. Very difficult competition for them though, hoping they didn't place too far from finals.

I wasn’t a fan of SLC. Not what lastyears show was

Maybe SLC will bounce back with a GN finals appearance again. There is precedent, though this year will be way harder.

I would guess MN, SLC and Reedy were 13-15 but would need to see the full breakdown
