And …Thats a wrap on the 2025 competitive marching season. What better way to do it than with The Woodlands! Super fun way to end the season! Great job band, as well as all of the other bands in finals (Texas or not  ).

The revenue this event generates for the city is going to be substantial. I'm assuming a multi year or long term contract to host in Indy is in place. One can dream though, I'd like that too.

Yes, I get it. A number of reasons why GN will not move away from Indy. Personally if I hear another “If you know you know” I will scream. Indy is one of the last places on earth I would visit if not for GN.

Went there “once” for GN. No thank you. Think about GN rotating to the Southeast, mid west and Southwest. What a difference that would make in participation and finals. There are certain bands that have the “home” field advantage. Not trying to be negative but this is the reality.

I didn't think it was so bad. Just the average city. Some really great pizza and cold weather which made it tolerable. But yeah, I agree, it would be wonderful if GN rotated throughout the country. Will never happen of course.

I'll never understand - and I say this as a guy who does numbers for a living - the obsession with scores in BOA. There is zero objectivity in the numbers, they are completely managed, bands are not "earning" points by what they do on the field.
