Tuesday looks nice, what are the chances they will move it?

6A Area D seems to be having issues. I entered predictions then it had drop downs for a second set of predictions. I submitted but it says "No Predictions Entered" Thanks!

Their show is even better this year! I can honestly see them placing higher at state than they have in the past few years. Maybe top 5.

Still reeling on how Riverside gets a 2 after being 6th at Area last year. Don't know how that happened but sure they will be back next year. 3 bands are definitely not enough to send from this talented Area! Predictions for area 1. Canyon 2. Randall 3. West Plains 4. Pecos 5. Andrews 6. Hereford 7. Big Spring

Area A will only have 3 state spots this year. So far 15 bands will advance to Area. The final 2 bands from Region 6 have Regions on Tuesday for a max of 17 bands to Area.

I agree. I have only seen videos but they are Solid for sure! I also think the bands from Area A are going to bring it. Canyon is looking really strong.

I watched a Panther Creek video and they were Super clean and sounded great. I wouldn't be surprised to see them ranked that high.

Did the same last year! All three of the high schools in Canyon have amazing band programs. Definitely look for them doing more of the same in the future- hopefully all three of them!

Does anyone have a copy of finals results since the UIL website it still just scores for 5 judges instead of 7?

I'm thinking Panhandle HS is going to medal this year,maybe even gold!

Not in 6A, but in 4A Canyon ISD is sending all three high schools to state. Not sure how many overall do this though.

Even with a kid falling they were 1 and 2 in visuals in finals. I think they will be okay. And that kid won't fall again.

Agree with this! All Canyon ISD band were very close and state should be interesting. All have very solid shows.

I'm thrilled that there are 10 bands in finals and 4 advancing to state. I see finals having these bands, in no particular order. Should definitely get to add at least Andrews and Big Spring. Would love to be able to send 4 schools to State from Area A!

Definitely hoping that a few that got 2s last year can get 1s this time around! I think there is a good chance of that!!

Yup, just alphabetical order. I am not quite sure on the placing and as the season progresses my predictions are still changing.

I really liked Hendrickson's and Mustang's shows! All the band sounded amazing and I know it was really close between Braswell and Mustang for sure. Great effects and solos! Very clean shows. Congrats to all.
