    So apparently…. 21 bands will be going to Golden Triangle this year!!!! This is the most by far of the three years my band(lovejoy) is gonna be there. I will be getting a full schedule from my directors tomorrow morning

    1 Marcus/Keller- could honestly go both ways. I know Keller would in 2019 but Marcus did have a comp season last year so that might give them the advantage here. 2. Marcus/Keller 3. Prosper/Wakeland- just really depends on how clean they are 4. Prosper/Wakeland 5. Timber Creek 6. Keller Central 7. Carrol 8. Aledo 9. The Colony 10. Anyone else

    Well this contest looks like it’s gonna be amazing. Got the schedule from my band director. Definitely think flower mound is completely gonna sweep finals, but as for 5A it’s up in the air. Thoughts?

    Add Sherman, lake ridge, lone star, flower mound, McKinney to the Wylie marching invitational. Yes Flower Mound is going and probably will completely dominate but will still be an amazing contest

    Summit(Mansfield) will be going to the Mansfield preview of champions, boa midland and Waco and the McKinney marching invitational

    Not yet but once we get the schedule I will share it. Typically Azle and Lonestar go, but recently it’s been more smaller schools(especially 2019) compared to 2018 and before

    I go to Lovejoy high school in Lucas and we will be attending the Denton golden triangle classic and the Wylie marching invitational

    Have a feeling most bands will be 5a due to this contest being on 6a area weekend. Seeing Bowie and Hendi on this list is surprising. Do y’all think more will attend

    Hey guys. I know that this contest is more than a year old, but does anyone by chance have a video of the whole award ceremony of the 2019 BOA grand nationals finals?

    Yeah, I’d say the other more known area b bands are Lovejoy, Wylie East, and The colony. Sherman is there, as well as McKinney North who didn’t have a good season last year, which was kinda surprising to me

    The 2020 Lovejoy High school band presents: Siren, a show about the mythical creature the Siren.

    That is true. I really thought they should have made state that year in my opinion

    I thought summit was in Area B. Weren’t they in 2017?

    What do y’all think about Lovejoy high school. They are a very small band, but made some sound these last two years, especially last, with winning all their contest prior to Area and then were two away from making state in Area b last year. Also, is Summit actually back down to 5a???
