Ronald Reagan opened in 1999 and the first band year was 2000. 1998 & 1999 was still Churchill who finished 1st at the San Antonio BOA both years.

NEISD just put all of the Fall Festival shows out on YouTube... good video of all the bands- CTJ, Ronald Reagan, Churchill, Madison and more... look up under NEISD Fall Festival on YouTube and look for the Fall Festival name and the school logo on the front screen shot for the district video

I can only speak for one of the big two NEISD schools - the directors are not teaching any of the classes at the feeder schools.

Why don’t they push Grand Nationals to the week of Thanksgiving? Most schools have the week off, at least in TX. I don’t think rotating the event is a good idea. If you ask the kids who have been to both, Indy is where it needs to be.

Congratulations to Flower Mound, Ronald Reagan, and Hebron! Three amazing medal winning shows- I was fortunate to see these shows several times over the weekend. The Flomarching videos cut to close ups at many of the best show moments which is unfortunate for those who didn’t make the trip to San Antonio. I’m sure there will be some better videos available soon. At least I hope!

I checked my “equations “ and have Cedar Ridge as number 7 in panel one. I had Hendrickson and Timber creek in the next spots after Rouse. My next 4 are Marcus, Cedar Ridge, LD Bell and Bowie - not in order
