Judging seemed to be strange at Area E finals yesterday. Clements placed second with ordinals 1,1,1,1,9 and Pearland won with ordinals 2,3,3,3,1.

I just watched Austin perform at their football game and I think they play better this year than in 2016 but they are a little dirtier visually still. Tomorrow will be a good day to fix that all

True, the Katy scores have tended to be inflated (evidenced by our ~97 from last year) but Clements placed above Taylor and beat 7L in music. Austin got a good rep from the judges at region yesterday I heard. Travis sounded good from the lot

I haven’t seen Pearland at all and I’ve only seen old videos of the rest. How clean is everyone and how much cleaner can they get through the rain? I’ve been basing any predictions on past contest results and previous years’ improvement throughout the season
