I feel as maybe they are gonna be underdogs and then really turn out at the end of the season and show these people and other groups who haltom is .

Also haltom May have a little advantage if they perform at the faac which I believe area was held there last year and they like it . So it’ll either be there or Pennington field right ? Anyway maybe if they performed there they would kill it lol . Same for richland. But then again we don’t know much about anyone’s show yet and we won’t really know until the first contests

This is so true . Which is why I believe haltom has something really special coming for them . Last year was the first year with a whole new group of directors . They also know had the drill writers for broken arrow . The same music writers as last year . As well as just incredible faculty and lesson teacher which is making them so much better . I remember when Hebron wasn’t really that big and then they got insanely good . Because of seniors and new directors . Also haltom is said to only be losing like 30 seniors in gaining double the numbers of freshman meaning they will be big and have more experience which makes it even more excited . But I agree if your weekend is open that week if area for a b . I wouldn’t miss it . Going to be spectacular

Also heard haltom may attend . And they are getting new uniforms as well

I also heard they are trying to have there whole show on the field by the first contest . Like ctj did last year . Hearing very good things. And getting very pumped up for this upcoming season

I heard that haltom had there first marching practice this week . And the high schooler who are already there learned 2 movement of music as well as did Fundamental . One of the band parents where talking about it to me. They are pushing harder than ever before and I’m so thrilled for them .

I’ve heard they were incredible. Hopefully we see them in finals but idk about advancing . Especially with these other incredible performers

Oh my!!! How I see it hopefully for finals and state Locks for state -Keller Safe bets -Haltom -Ld Bell -Coppell (when haven’t they in the past years) Bubble to advance -Richland -timber -duncanville -Waxahachie Low bubble - Martin -Plano east This is atleast whay is like to see. My opinion. If 5 advance then I would want timber creek but if it somehow ends up being 5 then timber and Richland would be great !!! So excited that all of this is coming up so fast

Id also want to add shows like Ld Bell 2016 Haltom 2016 Keller 2014 Richland 2016 Even timber creek 2016 Also just in 2016 there was a lot of underrated shows that I just loved

Hopefully they will be as strong or way stronger than last year. Hoping for the best for them

Then again . I also believe haltom will also have a show again this year that is more toward the boa standards because of the fact that are a definitely going to boa San Antonio. So we will see what happens . Every year is different and we really won’t know until we see them toward the end of this upcoming marching season

. Lmao. They did sit in chairs but I will say the sound they produced was breathe taking . Not everything is about moving and playing fast it’s honestlt starting to be more about visual package as well as a power music selection and sound quality. Especially for boa . It’s all about visuals. State uil not as much but that doesn’t stop groups like haltom. They missed out in 2016 . And I have a feeling they are coming back to fight and hopefully make state finals for the first time since like 2004 or 06 . Yikes . We will see

Wacahachie and prosper . Going against groups that haven’t missed 6a state in year . Aka coppell and duncanville . I don’t know . In my eyes I see those top 5 being as said above but in so specific order. This groups may be good but idk if they can over throw one of these legendary groups

in the beginning of the season they competed once . Where Richland got 3rd and haltom got 1st . After that I would not say Richland was on haltoms heels at all . After that first contest . Haltom blew up and surprised everyone .

Then again we will see what the group bring to the table next year

If 6 would advance then I could definitely see timber creek advancing

If you were to compare where each group was at the end of the season last year . Not other years . Then Richland wasn’t at that level . I watched haltom in Flo marching at Atlanta and then watch richland at state 2 weeks later and Richland wasn’t anywhere near where haltom was 2 weeks before. If Richland would of went to Atlanta they wouldn’t of placed anywhere near haltom .
