Rather than make a list, I want to point out certain matchups that literally cannot be predicted with certainty at this point, whether they have competed together or not. Leander vs. CTJ - BOA Austin was a looong time ago, and we both know these two are in for the long run. It's going to come down to who is the cleanest as these two are clearly evenly entertaining. Battle for top 5. Marcus vs. Vista Ridge - Marcus seems to be picking it up this year with quite the upset over Hebron at DMI. Remember, this is still Marcus we are talking about. That said, Vista Ridge is putting on a phenomenal production this year, though maybe not as pristine as Lost and Found. Battle for top half. Keller vs. Bowie - Yup, It isn't over yet. I'm sure Keller has been cleaning like mad since #becauseWaco as that's what their type of show requires in order for a good placement. Also, ever since seeing Bowie at BOA Austin, I knew there was tremendous room for growth. If this isn't a BOA show, idk what is. Battle for top 10 Cedar Ridge vs. L.D. Bell - These bands are so so so consistent and good at what they do. Solid shows and performances year after year. Just can't put one over the other at the moment... Battle for a higher placement? Please note* I don't mean to pit bands against each other so intensely, this is all in the name of fun.

Bowie's show is the type that grows exponentially, especially in the GE department. Hence their score differences over the season.

L.D. Bell, Westwood, 14 bands make finals.

This would be incredibly awesome.

For sure at least one San Antonio 5A band will be very happy come Saturday night. Last time a 5A SA school advanced to state was Brennan 2013.

It is most definitely a good thing.

Every class champion is given an exhibition performance; however not if they advance to finals.

On paper, your top 13 seem like finals locks, but it would blow my mind if one or two of them didn't make finals. That being said that 14th place spot is going to be tuff to get.
