That's weird that the band directors didn't know. I thought it was common practice for band directors to do grade checks at eligibility time.

Ooooo, very mature and well-executed show, in my opinion. I don't profess to be a judge, but the only things I saw were some straight line rotations that were way off. Other than that, I don't know. I've only seen Hanna and Harlingen South but I don't see how you made 8th.
