How is that fair to the groups that have to compete against an obviously misclassed guard in the current season? That's how the committee thinks. It's about the integrity of the competition. And if that group isn't consistent the next year, they can always drop back down into a lower class, if their score permits them to do so.1 point

I could see that for sure. Area C is very top heavy and can be difficult trying to break past the main 5 groups that advance every year.1 point
