actual question why does hebron want to go here no one here is on or close to their level

It's close to them. Lone Star, Braswell, and McKinney are there... It's early in the season they want a win going to their second contest.... I still wouldn't count the other bands out. It would be a feat for the other bands to win but there's still a chance... 

 

Top 3 will be 

1. HEBRON 

2. LONE STAR 

3. BRASWELL

4- 12 THE REST OF THE FEILD IN FINALS....

Yeah but heb recently has been “Marcus’s thing”. Though now they won’t meet until Area and then State but yeah thats def closer. I still think this is a great choice, will definitely bring a larger crowd if it wasn’t going to already.

Crowd at Melissa is already  huge.. parking is already bad there..

To be fair, other than BOAs and Area J, that could be the case. 
 

I assume reason they chose to come here this year is they get 2 runs where Mesquite was one and done.

Okay so it seems all 16 schools are competing in finals but only the top 12 are announced, so I’m guessing that means a small school could make top 12? Either way here’s my shot:

1. Hebron 

2. Lone Star

3. Braswell 

4. McKinney/Rockhill 

5. RH/Mckinney 

6. Argyle 

7. Lebanon trail/Mckinney North

8. MN/LT

9. Little Elm 

10. Celina/James Martin 

11. JM/Celina 

12. Lakeview Centennial 

— 4 small schools assuming Celina is top 12 in prelims 

13. Sulphur Springs 

14. China Springs 

15. Farmersville 

16. Canton/Krum/North Lamar 

 

I do think Celina might be higher based on their early season history. Could also see another Frisco school sneak in and Little Elm place higher

Farmersville has a better early season history than North Lamar. North Lamar, while a good band, always seems to start off slow. Last year, throughout the year they were pretty neck and neck, but I think the edge goes to Farmersville this early in the season.

They haven't added  Hebron to the predictions part of the contest... I was going to make my predictions but I'll wait until they have been added..

NL has always been good but not over the top... even  26 years ago when I was in school they were good but nothing to scream about  like  Hebron, Cedar Park, Coppell Rouse, vista ridge, Carmel ,tarpon springs,  Marcus,  FloMo. ...... Back then, Poteet ,duncanville, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, Keller Fossil ridge were like them.. 1999..
