McCallum HS-Gothic Renaissance:

nice show from McCallum! Loved how they used Fur Elise, woodwinds nailed their licks. Definitely one of their stronger show of recent years, ballad was great, loved the bone soloist. Visually very clean as well, great job Mac Band!!

Very excited to see what happens tonight between Vandy, Vista, and Rouse.

Vandy had a slightly less consistent run than Vista musically imo, but when they were locked in, Vandy easily had my favorite ensemble sound of the day, wow.

Im not gonna lie, I’m not a huge fan of this show. Visually very strong with some minor spacing issues, but musically it’s lacking a little for me, especially in terms of variety in style. Still will probably win but I don’t think it’s 100% locked. Still fantastic performance Viper band

Yes Vandy could def win and I think it’s a toss up between Bolton and McCallum for 12th, both were very good and it could go either way. Great job to everyone who performed this morning and afternoon!!

I think we're in the same situation as 2 years ago, Vandy the definite favorite to win..... however, I think like Rouse in 2023 Vista has got a shot to win it.

It’s just one of those things where some bands don’t look appealing but have the technical and fundamental skills to out score other bands

Maybe design-wise, but so much of everything else they do absolutely blows me away!

Correct! We have seen that in the past with Carmel, Marcus.... Great Bands but usually there was a fan favorite that people hoped to win.
