My new predictions after Waco

After a closer look at Waco, Plano East actually came in 3rd for music over Ceader Ridge and wasn’t far off for visual. I don’t know if it’ll be enough for a state push, but they had a great showing that caught my eye.

I feel Wylie and Prosper will be much closer than we think, possibly even a tie. I could also see FloMo over Hebron here, But overall, great predictions!

If Plano East is peaking at right time after Waco, maybe top 5. Would be an amazing finish to the season. But that would be passing the fragilly corps of Wylie and Prosper so likely 6th may be ceiling.

I hope I am. It’s just hard with how their season has been, and I hate it. It’s nothing against the students or staff, I really think the show itself isn’t the most competitive or demanding compared to others. And I don’t think it’s even bad, it’s very enjoyable, and I’d love for them to make it, and them getting 14th at Prosper was def a good sign they could do it, wishing them the best going into the weekend

IMO only but plano east seems VERy structured towards boa, thats why i think rockhill can do it

i am calling it right fricking now. Rockhill is making finals, not in the bubble but even top 8. I don't know why the frick why but, I just have a gut feeling. They had a excellent run at prelims in a downpour at region I DONT KNOW WHY but this gut feeling hitting hard rn

honestly could see rockhill making finals, the growth has been very good this ssn. even if he goes to rockhill, could very well see them making finals would be a good step forward after last year.

I'm so excited for this 6A Area J this week! I can't wait to see how things are going to turn out especially with the possible toss up between Prosper, McKinney, Wylie, and Braswell. I think it will be interesting to see how these four turn out, especially when considering how their scores compared at BOA Prosper without any GE points. I can tell that all of these bands are hungry for that 4th State spot. I also think it will be interesting to see how the top 3 stack up against each other, and who will be turning out on top.
