Yes practices are open to public. As far as time check the corps website to see if they have a schedule for that day posted. So who all is going and where are your seats?

Well it turns out IE isnt available for free for macs anymore. Whats weird though is that i got pretty much the same thing when i tried this on my pc using IE.
