i was wanting to see a couple shows and was wondering if anyone has any 05 vids..especially of those bands who went to finals in SA

^those same things were heard on the field in the retreat...

ours changes year by year...its left up to the drum majors to decide what they want to do..that why in 03 u saw 2 different salutes..one at the begging by one dm and one at the end by another.. in 04..the salute was a karate move thought up by a dm who was ..yes in karate... but in the end ...all our salutes end with hands out..and down..like making a W in the air but down (in fists)....right hand up to the head in salute..break into fist in front/side of face..then down to attention position also..some competetions have captions or awards for best dm..IE: katy isd preview...lone star preview...anyone know how this is judged.?..or what its based off of?

^truthfully who cares what u think...no offense.. who cares..what anyone thinks... i think supermanuel put it as best can be put.. everyone was super aewsome.. especially richland, spring, and woodlands..for helping us even be able to perform

all i can say..from what i know is that.. birdville has a good field/stadium....we have had a rehearsal there..

a tenor fell last year in a half time performance..and his drum fell into him..(as he fell backwards) and knocked out his 2 front teeth

yeah it was crazy.. every seat on the bus i was on (one of the late ones) was packed...every single seat..no kidding here... instead of pulling up to the warm up spots..we had like a 10 min music warm up right outside the tunnel..then hurried out to the tunnel...we normaly have a little bit of time when get to the tunnel..but last night..we walked in and right out on to the field.. it was an awesome experience.. oh i also had a near death experience...scared a couple friends..lol...one of those big elevators..(we were going up to the top) those elevators that are used for carrying equipment and supplies and stuff..yeah one of those almost closed on my head...AHHHH all in all..it was a great and tiring day.. THANKS RICHLAND

Our football team made it all the way to the state game...and then lost last year.... of all the games to lose...hahaha..the last one

im not sure..but from my knowledge u would use the same clarinet (r-13) and then use a jazz reed...(i think these allow u to bend notes and stuff much more easily

yeah he messed up.. said that he couldnt hear through the cellphone...lol..someone was like...we should get nextels (the walkie talkies..that would be cool )

well now its called Lone Star Preview Championship (i dont know why. Its not like they have regionals or something, but thats what they say)

..its a day off for us..(teacher inservice) but i have region orchestra tryouts... meh...stupid band...
