    This I understand skipping BOA SA, but skipping state really doesn’t make that much sense. BOA is completely independent while UIL literally sponsors marching band in Texas. I would think that more bands would have a greater respect for State than for BOA SA.

    Similar things happening in North Texas. Tons of breaks, indoors for a good portion of rehearsal. Loss of productivity makes me really worried.

    Unless Hebron doesn’t have enough members going to Grand Nats and the trip is canceled, Hebron will not be attending BOA SA.
