I know our girls are gearing up for the trip to Austin. They are excited to be there with other scholastic world guards. It's hard for them to gauge their program when they rarely get a chance to see those in the same class as they are. I'm excited to hear some feedback from it.

Knox jr high (tw-college park feeder) I believe has a color guard class in their schedule. This year mccullough jr high (TWHS feeder) added a color guard class to the schedule. So far the two competitions we’ve gone to with the jr high team- there has been I think 5 jr high cadet teams- and the other cadet teams were combination jr high and Highschool kids. I’m always curious to the logistics of class time and practice time and the pull of other extra curriculars at the school that kids have to choose between participating in.
