#Dog885 As a Hendrickson parent who was there along with many others from when the gates opened until they closed: To keep our band cool during last year's Austin competition the directors decided to return to our band hall and watch the live stream until the evening. We have a great deal of volunteer involvement from our boosters. These volunteers are required to be with the band. Specialy last year with as many props as we had. Also, as a courtesy to the fans of the bands that compete after us, many of us tend to vacate choice seats to allow their fans and parents optimal viewing. (I generally park it as close to the 50 and as high up as I can go, then camp there until breaking of ranks. Usually next to the TxBands staff. But I'm selfish in that way.

I've been receiving the same error too. Comes about every hour to hour and a half.

CTJ show was great. Some clean up needed here and there. Don't mind narration as long as it tells the story and doesn't go overboard. They might think about cutting some. My biggest question is why the ships? I cannot figure out what purpose they serve to the show.

Same. Set up on the 50 to record halftime last night. VR videographer arrives and I offer the 50 to him and just before their show begins, the same group of kids I have had to politely ask to settle down at every halftime show for the past 2 years are at it again. This is my last year as a high school band dad, so I was a little more stern this time and not sorry about it. Needless to say my VR colleague and I enjoyed an amazing show in piece.

I'm sure all the new stadiums have wifi, but don't count on it being fast. The Pfield has, but my 4G was faster last night and I was camped under the press box on the media platform.

Vista Ridge show at halftime was great. Henny was scheduled to play post game. Around 2 minute warning game suspended because of lightning. We were all soaked and were going to put the show on the field anyway. Delay after delay. Packed it up and headed home. 1 public show for this season. Sorry Daniel, Austin needs to be dry and sunny.
