lol yea, u didnt know? like college professors or students send recordings of themselves playing the etudes to let students have an idea of what the etude sounds like and what they should look at..its like an audio version of the TMEA all-state etude guide, but more in depth..plus the recording of the etude at full tempo and practice tempo. i think one of the saxes has a CD...i can try to copy it on here..ill let you know

have u heard the flute lady on their demonstration CD...shes like "EVEN I CANT PLAY THESE NOTES" or something like that...lol

i give props to the flutes, after playing only 2 lines of their first etude i was like "yea..ill just go back playing me etudes.." lol..they have alot of octave jumps...especially on their last etude..

dude i know! i cant go 4 hours or more straight without breaks lol

well my key pads are starting to stick and messing up my sound..ugh.. i hate it when selmer bass clarinets dont come out as durable as theyre said to be...

ive managed to go from 2-4:30 a day this whole week..but last year was insane..i worked like crazy 2-5 and 7-9..with occasional breaks lol..

monica, what region are you in? my region starts next week but my district doesnt go until december 6th..i have to try out against clear lake and clear brook

packets should be out today or this week! i got my evaluation results, i scored a 92 out of 100, woot! and i got assigned to the BOA Honor Band 2006

i have langham creek 2005 and im stillw orking ong etting the friendswood one up..the one i have is kinda better than the one on skrampsnewplace though lol

my band is working on christmas music.. and some pieces for contest music..but i miss the marching season...it was really a competitive year..well im looking forward to region band, and area-state tryouts though
