    Well I think his kids went to Pearce recently based on what I read, so he does have a connection to the school. He’s really nice and is bringing very good energy to the program! I went to Pearce’s show reveal and it looks good! Coming along pretty well with music!

    There’s a New head director at Community. They might be changing things up. Seems like that program has a new director every two years. I know the guy who is now at Celina really built up the Community program before he left for Celina. I wish they could get consistent leadership because it’s a great little program and a rapidly growing district.

    For 4A: I would say either Davenport or Gatesville. Callallen also was amazing last year. North Lamar could be a threat as well.

    Not 100% JJ Pearces’ head director went to start a new program in Prosper ISD. One of their associate directors left as well Berkner’s head band director left for the head band director’s opening in Pearce. Berkner’s associate director stepped up to head band director.

    Hey y'all another director changes is underway!!!! Berkner's head band director is leaving and going to JJ Peace. Overall this change is likely be less impact full for Berkner since their associate director is stepping up for head.

    Some big changes this year. That change shouldn't change to much unless the director is cracked and changes the culture of the band instantly. I see it more as a set back for Pearce this year but depending on who that is it could be worth watching out for them.
