Here's some of West Plains' recent accomplishments: 7th Place finish at the 2024 UIL 4A State Marching Contest 2025 TMEA 4A Honor Band Amazing hire for Sachse - they are getting a well-respected and experienced director! They should continue to see the success they had this past year, and potentially could find themselves in the state finals bubble in a few years!

The North Houston Regional will tentatively be held on Sat, Sept 27th at Woodforest Bank Stadium. Unfortunate that Katy isn’t going but wow, this competition is shaping up to be really competitive!

We obviously don’t have the full list yet but I’d definitely say they’ve got a shot at landing in the 12th-9th ish range, but this contest has proven to be considerably hard to get into finals but assuming no major fall off they will def make finals at Birdville

New Sachse Band Director is Heath Nall. He was the Director of Bands at West Plains High School in Amarillo.
