New UIL 2016-2018 Region/Area Realignments

So apparently, all the regions are being realigned again for the upcoming year. What are your opinions on this?( What may happen in various regions and areas for both TMEA All State and UIL Marching)

Right now, we don't have any definitive official word on what the new alignments are going to be. We have seen initial re-alignment ideas, but those have not been confirmed to be final/official nor that they are necessarily applying equally towards TMEA/UIL/TSSBA. apparently friendswood is moving back down to 5A.. that's just the buzz going around

If you look at the map you can see some changes they've already made.

 

For instance:

 

They moved Lake Travis and Westlake to UIL/TMEA Region 32 from Region 18, I assume to make a new 6a region with the upcoming Leander ISD schools coming up to 6a (Vista Ridge, Cedar Park, Leander, Rouse, and Vandegrift).

Cedar Park is NOT moving up to 6A. Leander may not and Rouse may drop to 5A.
