Sounds just like Frisco... They just keep cutting from new schools. Next year, Liberty is still staying 4A, but they are losing a lot people to Heritage High School. The year after that Wakeland gets cut for Lone Star High School to open... and I think the year after that they are cutting from Liberty again... not sure...

well considering our professor hadn't thought of a displaced Cambiata and you just randomly popped that out... that's amazing. oh, here's a good txbands story with Nancy08.... Watching our theory teacher drawing notes on his computer projector thing... and she randomly during the notes was like "OH! Those are Stems! I've been wondering why he was drawing exclamation points!" =]

that's what the classes are for though... to BUILD your ear. Trust me, I'm much better now than I have been in quite a long time. The techniques like "Speed Writing" and "Tonal Indexing" as well as harmonic and melodic dictation get easier the more you do it, but it just wasn't for me.

You have 4 bands that made it last time around... Plus the two alternates, and the alternate from the 5A Area B Marching Competition in this area. It's going to be another brutal year in this Area of Texas.
